An elegant double room, which can also become triple if necessary thanks to the sofa bed present, without the comfort and space available to our guests is reduced.
The room offers the opportunity to admire, through the private balcony, both the Papal Church of Santa Maria degli Angeli, about 1 km away, and the entire hill of Assisi, also about 3 km away.
Equipped, like all other rooms, with private bathroom, tea service and much more, it is definitely one of the most popular rooms of our hotel.

For those arriving from the north from the Autostrada del Sole (Florence – Rome) exit at Bettolle Valdichiana, continue to the motorway junction towards Perugia – Foligno. Assisi/S.Maria degli Angeli exit.
Also for those arriving from the Adriatic motorway A14 (Pesaro – Ancona) exit at Fano (flaminia) towards Gubbio- Perugia – Foligno. Assisi/S.Maria degli Angeli exit.
Coming from the south from the A1 motorway (Rome – Florence) exit at Orte in the direction of Terni – Foligno until the exit Assisi/S.Maria degli Angeli.
Also from the south from the Adriatic motorway A14 (Ancona – Pescara) exit at Civitanova Marche, direction Foligno, then Perugia until the exit Assisi/ S.Maria degli Angeli.
Coming from Rome to Ancona take, if necessary, the connection to Perugia to Foligno and get off directly at the station of Assisi/ S.Maria degli Angeli.
In the opposite direction starting from Ancona to Rome stop at Foligno for the connection to Perugia and get off at Assisi/S.Maria degli Angeli.
